About Jay
Jay was introduced to metal detecting around 5 years ago by his father in law, Rob. It developed quickly into a passionate hobby with a keen interest in pre decimal coins. This interest has now expanded into underwater detecting. Jay has detected beaches, the goldfields, parks and recreation areas, private property, rivers, and now, the ocean.
The making of MPRR
Over the last 5 years, Jay has been involved in many item recoveries, often volunteering his time and services.
There appeared to be a lack of a dedicated service on the Mornington Peninsula for people to get quick access to a recovery specialist, hence MPRR being born.
